Half marathon PB : 1:35:51

These past 2 weeks i ran 2 half marathons, body is finished.

September 6, London big half: 1:39:51 sub 1:40 and a big PB, thought that was my limit even passed out when i finished

September 20, Copenhagen Major Half: 1:35:51. Came here with the plan of a sub 1:40 again. Woke up wanted to go to war and left with a 4 minute PB in 2 weeks.

All praise to the most high, We go again

Man what a first rodeo

London’s support couldn’t have been better. Hard couple of months juggling everything but we stuck to the goal and got that sub 3:30.

London Marathon 2026 - 2:58:38

11 months ago, I started running with one goal in mind: A sub-3 marathon in under a year. To prove that limits are usually self-made.

Most people overestimate talent and underestimate how far consistency can distort reality.

The support out there was a reminder of why London is the greatest city in the world ☝️

I think it’s time to hang the boots up.
