Such a creative, fun and inspiring evening for our @touchdesigner meetup, from the presentations and conversations, to seeing beautiful visuals take over the 360° projections, listening to incredible live music, and watching everyone come together for Open Visuals.

A huge thank you to @notforsalegallery for hosting us and giving us such an incredible space to experiment in.

Special thanks to @syntel8_ for sound engineering and @memocrime for AV support; @2digitvisuals and @amiangelika for sharing their work and ideas with us; and @torchcore_music , @dada.sandor and @mattiazucchelli_ for the beautiful live music.

And of course, thank you to everyone who joined Open Visuals and filled the space with your work 💫

MEET 2DIGITVISUALS ✨️

Joining us at our next New Media London meetup is @2digitvisuals, the creative project of visual artist Sadler Johnson.

Creating immersive, audio-reactive visual environments generated entirely in real time from live audio, Sadler blends light, fluid motion and organic textures into evolving visual experiences that respond to each performance using the software Magic Performer.

His work has featured at Latitude Festival, London's Southbank Festival, Spacewreck's Pie in the Sky, Al Quoz Festival and grassroots venues across London.

Sadler will open our evening of artist presentations, sharing his creative practice and approach to real-time visuals, before our special guest @amiangelika takes the stage.

Massive thanks to TDC Tunes for inviting me to play Biddle Bros this Saturday. It’s a venue close to my heart. It was where I hosted Super Noodles and before that the site of many a gig with my old band The Volunteers. It will feel like a homecoming in a way. I’m honoured to be headlining with @tdctunes and @twofootgiantmusic supporting and we’ve got @2digitvisuals doing the visuals.
