Florida, you were good to us! 🍻🌴
What started as a work trip (thanks @ritzcarltonorlando) quickly turned into the perfect extended vacation. Jeff and I kicked things off in Tampa, spending some time exploring historic Ybor City, hitting up the local cigar bars, and making a quick stop at @reservoir_bar.
The absolute highlight of our time in Tampa was a long-overdue reunion. After nearly 20 years, I finally reconnected with my ex-sister-in-law, Tammy! ❤️
Next up, we visited the in-laws in Port St. Lucie, where we got lucky enough to catch a spectacular SpaceX launch right from their home! 🚀✨
We wrapped up the trip by eating and drinking our way through Orlando’s vibrant Milk District. We grabbed some incredible brews at @sidewardbrewing , checked out the awesome setup at @alacartmilk and treated ourselves to a phenomenal farm-to-table brunch at @smokeanddonuts while @calmskymyles spun records. 🎶🍩
Work trips are great, but parlaying them into a craft beer and family-filled getaway is definitely the way to do it. Until next time, Sunshine State! ☀️

This weekend @drnkrhq officially launches their app and it’s reminded me not only of all the amazing #fingerlakes wines we got to try during their debut, but also how useful the app is going to be for you and I. Tomorrow my girlfriends and I are going back up to the #FLX for a lil wine time and I’m definitely going to be putting it to use.

Want to know more?
Here’s what’s waiting for you on launch day:

✅ Personalized picks: tell DRNKR what you love and we’ll surface pours that actually match your taste, from hazy IPAs to botanical gins
✅ Real-time discovery: see exactly what’s pouring right now, plan your route, and get there safely
✅ Insider perks: unlock exclusive deals and limited releases from the makers you love most
✅ All of craft, all in one place: beer, wine cider, mead, and spirits, no more jumping between four different apps to plan your next favorite pour

Last night was amazing at @kanoonct in Waterbury, CT! The servers were super friendly and accommodating and the fire show was lit! They don’t serve alcohol but the NA fresh fruit mojitos and desserts were incredible. Thanks to Kanoon Smoked Meat & Steakhouse for making Jeff’s birthday so special!

I must have turned something on, on my phone, that generates photo memories each morning. It’s been a wonderful reminder of memories big and small, that I now look back at and cherish. Sunday we lost an immediate family member. An untimely death. It’s been heartbreaking and also a shock to the system. We really *really* never know what day is truly our last and I think we put that out of our minds all too frequently when we’re with our loved ones.

Cherish each and every moment. Savor those conversations, the hello and goodbye hugs. When you’re with them, pick up your phone only to capture the moments, for they’re fleeting and may mean more to you than you can know in that moment. 💛 Love one another.

✨And kiss all the time✨

Yesterday was the perfect date day in Mystic, Connecticut! @red36ct was the spot for Bloody Marys and oysters, followed by deviled eggs and cocktails at @engineroomct. We weren't done yet, so we hit up @captdpi, a Jeff's favorite. We also checked out @newenglandbrewing's new Branford spot. Cold Saturday well spent in CT!

We got to experience @flxdistilling thanks to @drnkrhq who brought us in for a tasting and a behind the scenes tour.

First stand alone distillery in the Finger Lakes wine country overlooking Seneca Lake crafting whiskey gin vodka brandy and liqueurs using mostly locally grown fruits and grains.

Their McKenzie whiskeys are aged in oak and worth slowing down for.

Wouldn’t have discovered this place without the experience.

Ever plan a brewery weekend and hope the spots are open, pouring what you like, and worth the stop?

Yeah… same!

That’s why we spent the weekend exploring Seneca Lake with the team behind @drnkrhq

DRNKR is built to help you find your kind of craft, in real time, wherever the weekend takes you.

I had the most amazing time connecting with owners of wineries, breweries, chefs and friends!!

This is Part 1 of the adventure. 🍺

There's nothing better than cracking open a cold @pabstblueribbon on a crisp autumn night! We enjoyed an amazing meal with friends at @crownandhammerpub and then laughed until it hurt at the 2025 Collinsville Halloween Parade. If you haven't experienced Collinsville's annual parade, you're missing out! The people are the parade!

Jeff and I took a ride yesterday to enjoy the beautiful fall weather we are having and came across this gem of a distillery in Pomfret, CT. @watercurefarmdistillery is a great place to visit. They make some great cocktails and distill amazing spirits. Also, dog friendly! You may even find some folks showing up on horseback! We hope you pay them a visit soon!
