Welcome Back, Cpl Bailey‼️🎉💪🏼

After establishing himself within the civilian world 🌎, he has decided to re-affiliate with the USMC, specifically, F Co, 2dBn, 23dMar in Riverton, UT!

His Primary MOS is: 0331 - Infantry Machine Gunner
His responsibilities include: Carrying heavy weighted packs, weapons, & ammo for miles to support the 0311s with suppressive fire on the battlefield.

In his civilian job: He is a Floorhand on an Oil Rig. 👷🏼‍♂️
His responsibilities include: Drilling wells miles into the earth to get oil & natural gas so we can drive our cars!
On his time off, he also runs heavy equipment, excavating anything that needs to get done.

His hobbies include: Shooting firearms, dirtbiking, snowmobiling, camping 🏕, hunting, fishing 🎣, & traveling ✈️ with his wife!

His biggest reason for coming into the Reserves:
☆ Extra Money: Wants to take advantage of the $20k Reserve Affiliation Bonus to support him & his growing family! 💰
☆ Special Skills Training: Misses the opportunity to shoot various weapons, night training, & blowing things up. 💥
☆ Leadership Skills: Wants to continue improving his leadership in both his MOS and civilian employment. 👨‍🏫

Everyone, give a warm welcome to Cpl Bailey. 👋🏼

250th USMC Birthday Ball Celebration with 2nd Battalion, 23rd Marines in Las Vegas was a perfect way to commemorate all they do and have done. Thomas has had an amazing deployment with these wonderful gentlemen, and we were honored to be a part of their epic celebration. Thomas was part of the sword ceremony and one of their own was even the DJ for the night! We danced the night away, laughed and went for a walk along the strip dressed to the nines. ❤️🇺🇸💛 JT and Thomas even surprised me with what I thought was supposed to be a meet and greet, and instead took me to the Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel to renew our vows since this is our Silver Anniversary year. Thomas gave me away, Ale live streamed it and Elvis married us. I needless to say was stunned speechless at the surprise but that’s what I love about JT, the endless adventures and craziness that brings so much love and laughter! I love my family and friends who all jumped in to watch and were even willing to come right over except for the fact that it was about to happen in the next 10 min! All while I’m still trying to process what’s happening! 😂 Thomas and Ale thought it was all perfect. Qué viva el amor. ❤️🥰😳🤌🏻💍

Happy earliest ever birthday ball with the boys in Vegas. Semper Fidelis to all Marines, and let’s make it a month long celebration. Thanks to @steven.chapstick for sponsoring my ticket and room. Goofy ass warfighters, but I love em.

At the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific — Punchbowl in Honolulu — we paid tribute to Pfc. Charles Barth of Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Marines.

A Marine, a husband, a father, and one of twenty-one Fox Company Marines who now rest at Punchbowl.

Our very own Sergeant Denning and Officer Mendez have been forward deployed to the Indo-Pacific region with 2nd Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment since earlier this year.

1stSgt Denning is currently the senior enlisted advisor to one of the battalion’s rifle companies.

LCpl Mendez currently serves as an infantry machine gunner within the battalion as well.

The Burbank Police Department is extremely proud of our two officers and their families, who have missed milestones of loved ones, birthdays, and celebrations in order to serve as a vital deterrent and rapid response force in a critical region in the world. Thank you for your service.

Semper Fi, Marines!
