This is my life. I love meeting new people, introducing them to PEMF therapy, and helping them feel better. 🤗

I’m not going to lie, it’s a lot of work to build a business. The admin, the systems, the commute, the physical set-up, the activations, the demos, the client notes, the sessions, the content…it’s all part of it. I do love it though.

And it’s true! I often lose track of time working that I forget to eat. 😬 So yeah, eating is my hobby 😅

A little beauty + wellness reset in Hollywood ✨🧬

Spent the day at W Hollywood for the UNTAMED x Biohack Longevity retreat exploring all things beauty, fitness + wellness. I tried 2nd Wind Pulse, enjoyed a 15-minute compression treatment with Beverly Hills Disc & Laser, and of course checked out some beauty goodies from COSRX, hince + more. 💆🏻‍♀️✨

Wellness experiences, K-beauty, good energy + gifting… basically my kind of afternoon. 🤍

Thank you so much @untamedagencyla for the invite!

The old me took pills and blindly trusted doctors whenever I was sick or in pain.

That was before I spent months in pain, saw 25 doctors and went to the ER three times, only to still leave without answers.

That experience changed the way I looked at my health. I realized how much of traditional medicine is focused on identifying and treating pathology, while I was desperately searching for the root cause of what was happening to me.

After 3 months, no one could tell me why I was in pain.

That was the moment I realized: no one was coming to save me.

So I took matters into my own hands.

I started learning about herbs, supplements and vitamins. I changed my diet to focus on anti-inflammatory foods. I went to a chiropractor to make sure my body was in alignment. I started yoga to slowly rebuild my strength.

Little by little, I started getting better. 🌱

Things really shifted when I began exploring biohacking modalities and discovered PEMF therapy. 🙌

After 3 months of consistent 30-minute PEMF sessions, I was able to get back to dancing. 💃🏻

Now, when I’m not feeling my best or I hurt myself, PEMF is one of the first tools I reach for. I use it to reconnect with my body, support my recovery, ease aches and pains, sleep deeper, and recharge my energy. 🔋

It changed my life.

And now I’ve made it my mission to share what I discovered with other people searching for answers, too. ❤️‍🩹

When you’re just trying to relax after a long day…
But the orange cat wants to join you.

Before anyone comes at me…
PEMF isn’t new to animal wellness. It has been studied in veterinary medicine for more than 40 years, with applications investigated in horses, dogs and cats for recovery, pain, inflammation, mobility, wound healing and bone healing.

I guess he’s seen everyone else getting their PEMF sessions and decided it was his turn. Lol sure sir. 🫶

What an incredible week of memories that will forever be etched in my heart. I am incredibly grateful for this experience. I often question whether I truly love dance, but this week, thanks to Tour Mode, I discovered a newfound passion for it. Despite the exhaustion from dancing from 8 am to 11 pm, the aches and pains, and the early mornings, I was determined to wake up and show up on time for dance. This experience revealed a part of myself that I never knew existed, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to @i.am.bounce and @rwhtown for their incredible efforts in creating and organizing this event. They have made every dancer feel seen, heard, and loved, including myself. When the days became challenging and I felt tempted to give up, you both provided unwavering love and support throughout the week. I am incredibly grateful and appreciative for your presence and guidance.

I want to acknowledge all the amazing dancers I had the privilege of meeting. Watching them perform and rehearse for the big show was incredibly inspiring. It was a sight to behold, and I was filled with emotions as I witnessed their hard work and dedication in creating this beautiful art form of dance. It is truly a blessing to be surrounded by such talented individuals.

A special thank you to @teresa.espinosa22 for always being there for me, like a big sister. Your love and support have given me life.

I also want to express my gratitude to @stephaniearistei for coming to see me perform and rehearse for the first time. Your unwavering support and belief in me have been invaluable.

A huge thank you to @2ndwindpulse for taking care of all the @tourmodeready dancers this week. The PEMF machine you provided was a game-changer.

Lastly, I want to thank all the staff members, including @mrkudelka, @iamtinalandon, @noelbajandas, @fefe_burgos, @terrybixlerofficial, @officialemo718, and @edmoemo, for taking the time to share their wisdom and knowledge with us.

This week has been a journey of immense growth, self-discovery, and a newfound sense of confidence within myself. All of this is a direct result of the Tour Mode experience. Thank you!
