(ARTIST SPOTLIGHT)
FEELGOOD

Feelgood is one of the true architects of the Baltimore and DC rave scene. As co-founder of the legendary FEVER parties alongside Scott Henry at The Paradox, he helped create one of the most influential spaces for underground dance music on the East Coast. The culture, community, and energy that defined FEVER helped shape an entire generation of ravers, DJs, and promoters—including the future members of 2Tuff.

Long before drum & bass became established in the region, Feelgood was championing local talent and helping build the foundation of the scene. In 1993, FEVER’s “Battle of the DJs” competition gave @djslant his first major opportunity, where he battled his way to a third-place finish and launched what would become a lifelong career behind the decks.

FEVER was also where Slant first crossed paths with Andy Cerutti. What began with the exchange of a mixtape would grow into a friendship, creative partnership, and ultimately the birth of 2Tuff Productions in 1994.

Charles has been there from the beginning—supporting artists, nurturing the community, and helping underground music thrive throughout the DMV for decades. His impact on our scene cannot be overstated.

We’re incredibly proud to welcome him to Bette at Berhta on July 3rd for the 2026 2Tuff Forever gathering. Join us in celebrating one of the people who helped make all of this possible. Tickets are available now via the link in our bio. Or visit 2tuff. org
