It’s been ten years. On April 25th, 2015, Mehri Kashani left us, but her spirit and her words are still alive and fresh. Her voice is still with us. It’s the voice of a woman, the voice of all women, no matter where they are or what they believe in.
My dear artist friends and I decided to keep her voice alive and share it with the world.
In near future all these beautiful storytellers, the talented ladies, will tell you the story of “The Nightingale of Silent trees”. @tara_jaff.harp @sarafotros.daf @ka.mand.panah.999 @azin.golestani7 @parisaeram @marjantfg @marhashem @sanazsamiei @onlineyas @mountainflower.wholistic @mahsa_bozorgomid @laleh.moosaviii @azade.h.jafari @baharafsari @arezoomonfared @sara.poursabri79 @niloofar_shayani @ninamalek_ @leilamalekk @arezoomonfared @minoonikan @atoosaeftekhari @elham1monfared @2zenmasters @rahafilsoofi @h.maah @marinarvan @mojganmaghooli @arezou.mirzakhani @golnazg @leiliemuse

Green Tara is the goddess I've asked to become more present in my life, as my baby was born.

She invites to delegate and ask for help.

In the first 35 years of my life I was pursuing to be "strong".
You know, strong in its toxic definition: extremely independent, not asking for help, seeing everything in the scope of my responsibility!

My abdomen operations 5 years ago showed me that how premature this way of thinking was.
Sure I am not so "strong" as a normal human being. A "super human" I don't even want to be.
Of course, I am dependent... on the nature, on other people, even on medical system!

The birth of my baby is the second unit of the same lesson.
It's time to learn how to ask for help actively and in a healthy way.

Help for running my Yoga Home, help for running my Home home, help for taking care of my baby.
Help of my friends to take my hand and hug my vulnerability.

But I'm totally new in this field.
What's your experience?
How do you ask for help?
Do you ask for help at all?

⏳Imagine you had a time machine you could go back to your #childhood .

🧞‍♂️Imagine, the genie of the lamp was waiting for you there.

👩🏻‍🍼You could make a wish regarding your mom!

What would you wish?
A #coolmom ?
An intelligent mom ?
A kind mom?
An inspiring mom?
...

I'd wish me a happier mom!

🥰 Write in the comments, what would you wish, and inspire me on the path of #motherhood.

P.S. Happy #motherday2021 💕

🧚‍♀️ International women’s day, may it be happy, but we need days and years of it!

💜 All around the globe many women were (and are still) suffering from gender discriminations.

💙 The most rights and freedom that we take for granted are the result of hard work and brave activities of millions of women before us.

💚 Let’s take a moment today -and maybe everyday- to think about this brave caring women, who stood against ignorance of the society and changed the system of values step by step.

💛 Most of them took very small steps, but meaningful ones: like drops in the ocean.

🧡 Let’s take a moment today -and maybe everyday- to remember there is still a long way to go to achieve equality.

❤️ Getting equal salary for equal work,
❤ rising awareness regarding different and even subtle forms of sexual harassment,
❤ eliminating gender discriminations,
❤ refusing instrumentalization of female (and even male) body, etc.
❤ These are some topics our generation, women and men hand in hand, are working towards.

💖 The key is our self-esteem, the key is our awareness!
💖 And this is not easy under the social circumstances, which tries permanently to give us the feeling of “you are not enough”:
^ Do more,
^ Do better,
^ be sexier,
^ be a better mom,
^ look forever young,
^ reach more,
^ achieve higher,
^ buy our product,
^ take our diet
… and after all “you are still not enough”…start again!

🧚‍♀️ Happy international women’s day: hope and work for equal rights for all human beings, regardless of gender, age, rase, finical background, etc.

8 facts you didn't know about me 🤩

💜 I lived in #Iran the first 27 years of my life 🇮🇷

💙 2008 I came to Germany as an "old" IT #student 😆 I have a master (with an excelent final degree 🥴) and a long (successful 🥱) work experience in IT.

💚 I hardly liked IT. I studied it because I didn't know what to do with my life as I was 18 😅 and I continued it because I was in the delusion of having a lot of #money is the only way of feeling secure 🤑.

💛 I stopped it because I suddenly realized the life is too short to do what I don't love💡

🧡 I realized it, because I had 2 major emergency #intestine #surgery: #life-threatening perforated #diverticulitis 😵 with #ileostoma 💩 + complications after surgery 😖.

❤️ I lived 2.5 years near #Geneva in #France and there I started with Yoga Home 🏡.

💖 2019 I moved back to #Frankfurt and of course Yoga Home came with me 🐌

🤍 My Yoga teacher training I finished in #rainforest of #Australia, the most peaceful place on the world, where I have ever been 🕊️

🙏 Thanks dear Utsa @the.practical.cook for nominating me, it was #fun 😃

💜 Working together to prevent suicide!
💜 Numbers talk…and sometimes even cry!

💙 Over 800,000 people die by suicide annually: 1 person every 40 seconds.
💙 For every 1 suicide 25 people make a suicide attempt: 20 million people.
💙 135 people are affected by each suicide death: 108 million people.

💚 We are all part of a community, linked to family, friends, work colleagues, neighbours or teams.
💚 Sometimes we become isolated and disconnected from our communities.
💚 It’s our responsibility to support and empower those who become vulnerable in our communities.

💛 If you are worried about someone in your community reach out and ask them “are you okay?”
💛 By simply checking in with them and offering nonjudgemental support you can make a difference.
💛 Encourage those in distress to tell their own story in their way and at their pace.
💛 By engaging in active listening and reaching out to those who are vulnerable in the community together we can build resilient and strong communities.

🧡 You may not feel knowledgeable enough or may not feel like the right person.
🧡 It is important to know that people in distress are often not looking for specific advice, but merely to be listened to with compassion and empathy.
🧡 Take a minute to reach out, it can make a change, it can change lives!

❤️ Are suicidal thoughts present in your mind?
❤️ You can talk to us, you can share your experience with us, we have open ears and open hearts for you.
❤️ You are important.
❤️ You are worthy.
❤️ You are enough.
❤️ Stay… Stay connected…Stay connected to the life!

💬 What else can we do to prevent suicide? What do you think?

With Love,
Tara
