@_the.mvmnt is taking a short hiatus 🕯️
After months of movement, mindfulness, and pure community magic, we’re pausing for a moment to rest, realign, and refuel.
.
We’ll be back in full flow for Yoga + Wine Down Wednesdays on November 13th @ninabaldwingallery 🍷✨

Thank you to every single one of you who’s pulled up, moved with us, and poured your energy into this space. We’re just getting started — and trust, what’s coming next will be worth the wait.

Until then, keep breathing, stretching, and showing up for YOU. 🌿

♍✨ We’re wrapping up Virgo season the right way — with the calming yet powerful presence of Shanya guiding us through a heated Hatha flow tonight.

Shanya brings deep knowledge of the body while bridging the gap between movement and philosophy through her Hatha lineage, making her flows a perfectly blended practice of strength, mindfulness, and grounding. 🌿

We’re especially excited to host this session inside the Nina Baldwin Gallery, surrounded by the beautiful work of Miya Bailey — art, energy, and yoga in one space.

🕡 Doors open: 6:30 PM
🧘🏾‍♀️ Flow begins: 6:45 PM
🍷 Wine + community: 8:00 PM
.
✨ Pull up, bring a friend, and reset your week with us. Link in bio to RSVP.

This weeks FREE Yoga + Wine Down is led by Zayed; @bendit_bandit—movement artist, ancestral rest advocate, and co-creator of @_the.mvmnt— The MVMNT, a collective “Move to Stillness” is where you lay down the grind and pick up presence.
.
This is your space to stretch, soften, sip, and stay awhile.
.
Rooted in ATL’s historic arts district at @petersstreetstation and @ninabaldwingallery , this weekly offering is part of a larger movement—a place where:
    • Yoga meets Black artistry
    • Rest becomes a creative rebellion
    • Movement is a mirror for healing
    • Everyone is welcomed and affirmed
    • Stillness becomes a sacred act
.
In the heartbeat of Atlanta’s historic arts district, inside the walls of Peter’s Street Station, this free community offering invites you to reset without apology, reconnect without performance, and remember the power of moving slowly.
.
Class will be held @ninabaldwingallery
🎨 Yoga meets art
🌀 Movement becomes meditation
🍷 Stillness is the revolution
💃🏾 Every body, every story, every breath belongs here.
