Luis Mora’s photography lives in the spaces most people pass by. Guided by presence, intuition, and simple tools, his work documents life as it unfolds quietly and honestly.

In this interview, we talk with Luis about long-term projects, photographing everyday moments, and how staying present shapes the way he tells stories.

Photo taken by my good friend Luis Mora in 2016 outside of the Leica Store in Miami. Such great memories made during that time period. Huge shout out to Luis and the gang at @leicastoremiami for always making me feel welcome and keeping the coffee flowing when I stopped in for a chat.

Developed a roll of TMAX (“new” TMY-2) that was shot around 2016 and in it was this portrait of @justinwysong in front of the elevator, next to Leica Store Miami. I’d been struggling with finding the right black and white film lately, but after seeing these results, I can’t get enough of the detail on this stock.

Hi! I wanted to connect on behalf of @gnarcy.ambs . We've got some awesome jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of tough accessories!

If you dig it, we'd love to hook you up with a trio of pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – absolutely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcy.ambs (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

A fantastic baby shower this weekend! Two of my favorite women are both pregnant and expecting soon! I love you both so much, you two have helped shape me into the man I am today and have shown me what to look for in a woman! I love you both! Thank you @christy.ann.mora and @35mmmora for allowing me to be the bartender, better than me crashing the party 🤫 haha! Love you both so much! (Swipe to see sleepy uncle nick and bartender nick all in one post! 😂)
