POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Gave the full recording a listen, and I could see the threads of influence from all over the “time” and “place” in my life.

It gets me into a state of bliss. I remember many things, I day dream about many other things, and at the same time I feel the most present.

John!

Someone once said, “One Nation Under a Groove.”
I think it was George Clinton from P-Funk.
And honestly… a collab like this is exactly what “One Nation Under a Groove” feels like to me.

Thanks to modern technology, even with different nationalities, races, languages, and even physical distance, we can still connect through music via SNS and AI translation. I think that’s pretty amazing.

The track is CHIC’s classic “Le Freak.”
This whole collab started because John(@360johnn)posted that super funky reel—channeling Bernard Edwards—and as a huge Nile Rodgers fan, I just couldn’t resist reaching out to him.

I’m proud to say it turned into a pretty cool and dope one-minute jam.

Thanks, John!
Because of you, I had an awesome time—truly some “Good Times”!
Oh, speaking of which… maybe our next one should be “Good Times”? 😂
