Arriving in 2027, Crazy Taxi: World Tour will introduce the first online multiplayer mode in the series. Sega’s upcoming network test features two ways to play. In Pickup Race, up to six drivers compete to deliver the most passengers before time expires. Cops ’N’ Cabbies divides six players into opposing teams of taxi drivers and police officers. 🚨🏁

Both modes can be played through ranked matchmaking or custom matches with adjustable rules. The test will also support crossplay across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, Xbox on PC, and Steam. The frantic driving, impossible shortcuts, and desperate passenger runs that once belonged to a single player are about to become competitive chaos. 🌍🔥
