Y’all! My big sister, Samantha Sprecher produced this film. I saw it in The Tribeca Film Festival and I was so moved by it. Now everybody gets to see it! I am so proud and excited. Please go see it when it gets released. Jennifer Esposito has made a beautiful film.

Well 2023 you tried to kill me- but you didn’t- you taught me- showed me- just how fucking resilient my soul is. It was seriously the hardest and the most proud year of my life.
Thank you @valerie_complex2 from the bottom of my heart for the support of my film, Fresh Kills. Adding @emily_bader @odessaazion and me to this list with these mega talents means the world. Especially with us not having distribution yet- (But have a 89% on Rotten Tomatoes, which is higher than most films in awards consideration right now and, sold out screenings) I digress. Onward. What a way to end the year that tried so deeply to break my heart. Yes, Fresh Kills WILL make it to screens next year and then I’m depending on you ALL- the ones who’ve been pushed aside, the people over looked, the ones “not in the club”, those that speak up, speak out and exist a little too close to freedom, to come out and support us! It’s not only about my film- it’s about believing that art, human stories and hard work still matter!
I love you all. Keep dreaming and then acting on those dreams. Dreams without conviction to do that HARD work will stay a dream!!

To @leslieowen_omg @3fttoss @chriscrokos and @jespervesterstroem not sure where I’d be without you this year.
To everyone who sent good wishes, came to support at a festival or simply came here to drop a kind world to me or WHOMEVER- keep going. Keep being kind, keep brining passion, keep bringing love and by all means keep making ART!!!
Happy 2024! I’m claiming it now!

Super honored for Fresh Kills to be one of a handful of international films chosen to be at @redseafilm Red Sea Film Festival! Fresh Kills may be set in a mafia world but is really about finding ones voice in a world that tells you not to have one. The fact that this subject is speaking to so many - even from around the world and different cultures is deeply deeply moving to me.
One day maybe ALL voices will matter equally.

“You are what you settle for” Janis Joplin. Truer words never spoken.
Change is NOT easy. Especially when everything around you tells you staying the course already set before you is just easier. But if there is something that keeps you awake at night and won’t let you rest- something that you MUST do- then stop AT NOTHING. One day when you leave this place you’ll be happy you at least tried!! Can read full article to maybe help give you that final push to move forward. Link in bio.
Love and peace to all.
Thank you Mike Fleming Jr !

Woke up this morning to THIS!! Another award for Fresh Kills! This time from @sdfilmfestival !! Thank you so very much. I’m honored, beyond overjoyed and so sad I could not be there. Every time this film plays to an audience it makes me feel like the many many years and HUGE hits I’ve taken going down this road against EVERYTHING somehow makes sense. Thank you to all who keep showing up for this film. Pls tell you friends, spread the word go to IMDB and give a review. All this helps us move this film forward and be able to get it in front of the masses. Yes it’s STILL a struggle.

Like all awards for this film I share this with my entire amazing cast @emily_bader @odessaazion @iamannabellasciorra @nick_v_cirillo @davidiacono @taylormadelinehand @anastasiaveronicalee and @domenicklombardozzi and always my amazing producers. @leslieowen_omg @3fttoss @chriscrokos

With this world in such pain, we must celebrate the small wins.

I pray for peace for everyone
