Well that’s it, my high school track career is over, it’s been an amazing journey these past 5 years in track and I don’t know what I would have done without this sport. I’ve become a happier person because of track and it’s created so many friendships for me. I’m going to miss the fun bus ride conversations and all the stories Jaime tells me. I would like to thank my coaches for pushing me everyday at practice and meets, my teammates for supporting me even if I ran a bad race or wasn’t in the best mood😂, my family and friends who came and sat for 8 hours at meets just to watch me run for 50 seconds. This door might be closing but another one just opened. Excited to be able to keep running at BSC and continue my track career. Thank you everyone, it was fun while it lasted.
