The class was great because you all were🥊

Choosing to spend Friday night sharpening who you are in the gym instead of things that don't support your life... That's the 3SM way✅️

Hope everyone has a blessed weekend and rest when needed💯🫡

What would you do BEFORE it becomes physical?

After teaching self-defense workshops, I realized that most of what I was sharing wasn’t about fighting.
It was about everything that happens before the fight.

➡️Recognizing when something feels off.
➡️Setting a boundary.
➡️Reading the situation.
➡️Staying composed under pressure.
➡️Knowing when to leave.
➡️Knowing when it’s time to act.

That became Before It Becomes Physical.
Inside, I break down the 3SM ARRP Method: Assess → Reflect → Respond → Proceed, along with real-world scenarios designed to help women think through situations before they’re standing in one.

📕 The booklet is available now on Amazon.

And if there’s a woman in your life you want to see better prepared, send this post to her.
From victim to victory mindset.

Youth Boxing at Labori🥊💯

What a blessing to be able to deliver a class that teaches them so much.

We worked...
🥊 Character
🥊 Combinations. Not just hands, but good actions
🥊 Composure
🥊 Confidence

Those plus a lot of teamwork. So many steps taken in the right direction using 3SM Frameworks and teaching methods.

Because we must guide them the skills now 💯✅️

Training Jack is such a pleasure 💯✅️

He is an exceptional young man first, with a combination of punches that continuously grow to match his character.

3SM is proud to serve him, and the many other children across the DFW.

Building future leaders one person at a time💯🫡

Friday at Fortis MMA. 🥊

The rounds end, but the learning doesn’t.
One of my favorite parts of coaching is bringing everyone together afterward to talk about the work.

🎯What challenged you?
🎯 What did you execute well?
🎯 Where did you have to stay composed when you were tired or under pressure?

That reflection matters.
Because becoming a better fighter isn’t only about adding more techniques. It’s learning how to think, adjust, stay composed, and execute.

Grateful to be able to coach and pour into the fighters at Fortis MMA.

Strength. Self-Defense. Striking Mindset.

Coaching the youth at Labori Boxing🥊

Every drill gives us an opportunity to develop something beyond the punch.
Patience. Composure. Confidence. Discipline. Body awareness. Decision-making.

Within the 3SM Method, physical training gives young people a place to practice these qualities instead of simply talking about them.

➡️Can you listen when you're excited?
➡️Can you stay composed when something gets difficult?
➡️Can you control your body before trying to control the situation?
➡️Can you make a mistake, reset, and try again?

The boxing is the vehicle. Development is the objective.

This is part of what we're continuing to build, test, and refine at Labori and other organizations across DFW using the 3SM Youth Readiness & Confidence.

A METHOD. NOT A GYM.

Confidence isn’t where we start, It’s what we build✅️

Before someone can become more confident, they first have to decide who they want to become everyday. That’s the idea behind the 3SM C4 Method.
✅️ Character defines the person.
✅️ Combinations build the choices, habits and actions that support that person.
✅️ Composure stays connected to that person when pressure shows up.
✅️ Confidence builds evidence that you can be who you decided to become.

🥊 Character → Combinations → Composure → Confidence

I’ve been developing and applying this through my work with young people at various locations across the DFW, but the principle reaches far beyond youth development.

Before we ask, “How do I become more confident?”
Maybe the better first question is:
“Who am I choosing to become?”

That’s where C4 begins. And we were just warming up...

A System. Not a place✅️

3SM was never meant to exist within four walls.
It’s a system designed to travel into the spaces where people already are: schools, boxing and MMA gyms, advocacy centers, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations.

From private coaching to workshops of 40+ people, the environment may change, but the foundation doesn’t...

Strength. Self-Defense. Striking Mindset.

✅️ Youth learning confidence and discipline.
✅️ Survivors rebuilding trust in themselves.
✅️ Professionals developing composure and personal safety.

Athletes learning to think and respond under pressure.
One adaptable system for many people and environments.

That’s what 3SM Training & Programming is becoming.
Not a place, but a system talking people from victim to victory mindset💯
