15-year pro hooper Earl Clark shares his experience working with Z, the creator of The Z KIT, and how it’s enhanced his game. 🔥

Athletes who have trained with Z learn to understand the importance of core and hip stability and lower body strength and how using the tools in the kit can help them stay on top of their training wherever they are.

Grip strength is so important. Not only for activities of daily living and lifting heavy things but also for keeping our mind sharp! 🗡️

Studies have found that greater grip strength has been associated with better cognitive functioning, higher life satisfaction, greater subjective well-being and reduced depression and anxiety symptoms.

Why? Because such a large part of our brain is mapped out to our hands, so when we keep our grip strong we thereby train our brains to be strong too. 🧠✋

This is especially true as we age so make it a point to check out our grip tools and train your grip during your workouts!

Meet the man with the plan📖

Z is a certified and licensed athletic trainer that's been working in professional sports since 2011⌚️

While training elite athletes across three different continents, he saw something was missing and felt he could help fill that space and help others.

Passionate about travel, injury prevention and performance enhancement he created a lightweight, portable training product that clips on to your backpack or fits in your suitcase.

And now he's ready to share it with the world!

Drop a “Z KIT” in the comments and we’ll DM you the link to his “Ankle Strengthening Protocol” and join our Indiegogo Campaign launching TONIGHT at 6pm CST to see how The Z KIT can help you along your fitness journey.
