I'm just headed home from my very first speaking engagement. I was asked by @45drives / @45drives.studio to be a panelist at their 4th annual Creator's Summit. It was a true honor to be selected to talk about our studio's journey using AI (@niche.vfx)

I spoke about AI governance and policy and touched on some of the creative work that we've been able to achieve by augmenting our existing workflows.

Thank you so much to both the 45drives and @unraidofficial teams for the fabulous hospitality, to everyone involved in planning and executing the event and of course everyone that attended in-person and online.

I am thoroughly inspired and so blessed to have had the chance to meet so many smart, talented and wonderful weirdos over the course of the week. 😎

Every drive ServerPartDeals sells runs through this: eight racks, 40 45Drives Storinator XL60s, 60 bays each. A 20TB drive takes about 30 hours to clear QA.

We brought a few bad drives to try to stump it, including one with a coffee stain. The algorithm caught them fast. Drives that throw an error turn amber on the Grafana grid and get graded down instead of tossed.

A great company isn't built by products alone—it's built by the people behind them.

At 45Drives, collaboration, innovation, and a culture that feels like home are what drive everything we create. We believe the best ideas come from great teams, shared wins, and an environment where people genuinely enjoy what they do.

We're also proud to be a Festival Partner of **Makin' Waves Cape Breton**, celebrating the incredible talent, creativity, and community that make Cape Breton such a special place.

Here's to building great technology, supporting local culture, and growing together.

At Protocase and 45Drives, we do things differently. Our workplace empowers employees to make an impact from day one, fostering a culture where teammates communicate openly, feel at home and love coming to work each day.

That same spirit is why we're proud to be Festival Partners of Makin' Waves Cape Breton. We work differently. We think differently. And together, we're making waves.

The 2026 Unama’ki - Cape Breton Marathon of Sport presented by Protocase captured through the lens of @keepitdope_joe 🎥🔥

We still can’t get over this amazing day, the video doesn’t do it justice! It truly was one for the record books‼️

The $125,000 raised smashed our previous fundraising record of $85,000 🤩 Each year we’re continuing to grow our motionball family and make our community a better place❤️ None of this could be possible without all of you!

Thank you all again for joining us to celebrate the Special Olympics community & for making the 2026 Marathon of Sport possible! It was such a success! We already can’t wait to run things back in 2027 😎 BIGGER AND BETTER!

We recently had the opportunity to tour 45Drives and learn more about their incredible team, innovative work, and growing presence in our community.

A special thank you to Jillian for the warm welcome and for sharing more about the company’s mission and impact. We are grateful for the opportunity to begin building this relationship and explore ways we can work together to create brighter futures for the youth and families we serve.

Here’s to new partnerships and making an even greater impact—together!

We 💙 supporting our local community, both in Wilmington, NC and in Cape Breton!

Big shout-out to the members of our Wilmington team who participated in the United Way's Day of Action today.

They assembled birthday kits, essentials and more than 12,000 diapers for local families. 🤯

Way to go, team! Thank you for giving back.
