We gone see these racist in court they followed us out the club for no reason but targeting and arrested us without any probable cause and wouldn’t even disclose why to us when we asked them. They wouldn’t give badge numbers but wanted to antagonize, threaten and brutalize for no reason this was them abusing their power.
If you’ve dealt with Stanislaus county before you know this is their usual program but they messed up this time trying to make fake statements in their discovery in court, put false accusations and assumptions as if they are fact and trying to pin crimes and connections to it on innocent people that have nothing to do with it. When they release the body cam footage of this arrest everyone will see the remarks and conduct the officers used without any reason or resistance we were asking questions and tazers were pulled out, he told me and my mother to step away and we did so and were still apprehended with force. They slammed my brother against the car while he wasn’t resisting. Slammed my mother against the car and manhandled her while not resisting. They grabbed and detained me after I was no where near the arrest or interrupting it and lifted me by my arms almost breaking them and when I told them that was unnecessary and they were about to break my arm and moved it they slammed me on the floor and bent my knees to my chest and pulled my hair while I am repeatedly saying I’m not resisting‼️Let’s let you guys decide if this was a just and lawful arrest or not comment and tag @209times @stanislauswatch #209 #stanislaus #swampstories #fkmpd #22x2💸
