Three wedding locations. Three completely different designs. One celebration that was always meant to be. Hanna & Joe - where do we even begin?!? From an original August wedding at a venue that unexpectedly closed, to planning an entirely new celebration in Palm Springs that ultimately wasn’t meant to be, we found ourselves designing a third wedding for these two. And somehow, it brought us exactly where we were supposed to be: Hanna’s father’s home on Lake Minnetonka. With two previous family weddings already held on the property, our detail-obsessed bride wanted something entirely different. Rather than the expected lakefront reception, we dreamed up a tent tucked between the trees, completely transforming the tennis court into an intimate, unexpected setting. Inspired by the experience of a luxury boutique hotel, every detail was intentional. Custom Jaguar-inspired monograms, signature Jo Malone scents infused throughout the celebration, a personalized guest check-in and seating chart experience, and a driveway lined with servers in custom aprons welcoming guests with champagne on silver trays. And those were just a few of the countless custom touches woven throughout the day. To say we have loved planning alongside Hanna would be an understatement. A bride after our own hearts, with an incredible eye for detail, a love for all things custom, and a vision for creating an experience that felt entirely their own. But beyond all the beautiful details, what mattered most was watching Hanna and Joe have the most magical day, surrounded by the people they love, in a place that already held so much meaning. Sometimes the plans change because something even better is waiting. Hanna & Joe, thank you for trusting us through every twist and turn. We couldn’t imagine a more perfect place for your story to begin!
