Your new home away from home. 🤎 We can’t wait for you to experience a space where every little detail has been thought of, so you don’t have to. Cold towels, sweat towels, hair ties, makeup wipes, Q-tips, fully stocked showers, a Dyson for your post-class blowout, and a coffee bar to enjoy while you get ready. Everything you wish you remembered to pack in your gym bag? We’ve got you covered. Because your 50 minutes on the mat should be all about YOU, not your to-do list after class. A little luxury, a lot of sweat, and a space you’ll never want to leave. Our official November opening date is coming SO soon…. Welcome home to DéfiDrench

Meet the heart of our studio — our incredible teachers. 🧘‍♀️✨ What makes our teaching team so special isn’t just the years of experience we each bring to the mat — it’s the history we share together. We’ve practiced together, taught alongside one another, and built friendships through years of working at different studios. Now, we’re so grateful to bring that shared experience, passion, and connection together under one roof. Each teacher brings their own unique style and perspective, but we share the same belief: yoga is about connection, growth, and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels at home. We’re more than a team — we’re friends, fellow practitioners, and a community. And we can’t wait to practice with you. 🤍 Come meet our teachers and be part of our yoga family!
