Wow!! That is the word that quickly comes to mind as I recall our first annual Loyal, Strong and Faithful Tip-Off Gala. The LSF Gala was an idea that I brought to Mobile after years of doing similar things for other universities and communities. We started planning in July and really started hitting the ground running in the first week of August. You know, right when kids are going back to school, the whole world is focused on college football and our team is headed back to campus, perfect timing. In that short period of time we brought more than 200 people into the room, sold 16 live auction items, introduced our tremendous community to this group of Jaguars and immediate connections were made through flawless execution by our basketball staff, athletic administrators and the Battle House staff! This event could not have happened without the support of so many, our presenting sponsor Porsche of Mobile, our Strong sponsors, Baldwin Alliance, Origin Bank, Pierce Ledyard, Cart. Dr and Dr. Baldy and the dozens of table sponsors and individual ticket purchasers. I have received more compliments than I can count, but the biggest compliment I have received is the impact our players made on our fans and the connection that was made by hearing from their family members. So many people told me, “I can’t wait to come again next year”, and neither can I! But let’s not forget, this was our Tip-Off event, meaning we are just getting started! Our season opens on November 2. We will have an incredible fan experiences throughout the season. We have fantastic premium ticket opportunities still available. And we have more fun events planned to engage this community with our team! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for having a lunch with me, buying. a table, sending a text, any amoount of effort that you provided to make this first ever event a resounding success! Here’s to many more!!

These athletes represent resilience through their commitment, discipline, and determination to keep pushing forward. Every challenge, setback, and obstacle has helped shape them into stronger competitors and individuals. Their journeys show that success is not just about talent—it is about staying focused, overcoming adversity, and continuing to believe in yourself when things get difficult. They are “Bred for It” because they refuse to let challenges define them; instead, they use them as motivation to become better, stronger, and ready for whatever is ahead🐺💯 #GameBredSports #BredForTheGame
