Year 3: Now that the season is over, I can say this was probably my best one yet! I had the most fun running than I ever have had since I started running and I’m so glad I could find that joy again. Mentally,Physically, and Cardio wise was probably the best I’ve been! This season taught me that as long as I put in the work and trust the process the result will show 🤘🏾!With. That being said it’s track season. And I can’t look back now 🙏🏾 Greatnesses definitely awaits this year and it’s only up to me to choose to do so ! Mentally I’m there , Physically I’m above and beyond , All is left is putting in the race💯. This season I challenge myself and my teammates to no only go race but I challenge them to compete this year!
