Aaahhhh!!! I’ll be exhibiting at the @craftlakecity #diyfestival this summer with my baby brother Spencer from @5050creativelabs. We’ll be sharing a space and bringing and all the pieces we've been pouring ourselves into lately. Come hang with us, see everything in person, support local artists, and say hi!

Come flow with me 🧘🏿‍♀️

I teach C1 classes at @corepoweryogaslc on Saturdays. 10:30 am at the Foothill studio and 12:30 pm at the Trolley Square studio.

I completed yoga teacher training in February this year and it has been one of the most profound, life changing experiences I’ve ever had. I find such incredible joy in teaching as well as practicing. Both help me ground and re-center, no matter how challenging life can be, and I would love to share that with you.

Thanks for the amazing and adorable gifts @5050creativelabs (block figure) and @jmoney015 (cross stitch). They make me soooo happy 🥹.

@craftlakecity is one of the coolest things we found since moving to Utah. It was inspiring to see all the art this year and hang out with friends. Thought I’d highlight a few of our favorites. If you don’t already please give them a follow and get yourself something!
