The first Pith Charity Football Match in collaboration with @adidasnigeria was a huge success.

The entire community came out to celebrate as both teams gave everything they had in a fiercely competitive match. In the end, @dynamos_fc_ emerged victorious, taking home the cash prize sponsored by @quacktails.ng.

A huge thank you to our sponsors: @predatorenergyafrica, @512activity, and @quacktails.ng for making this possible.

For us, football it’s about using the game as a tool to bring communities together, create opportunities for local talent, and inspire young people to believe they can become whatever they want, regardless of where they come from.

Pith Charity Football Match

Over the last few years, we’ve built a strong relationship with the Iwaya football community and @dynamos_fc_, creating partnerships that have allowed us to give back while deepening our connection with team and Abete Local League.

Now, with support of our partners at @adidasnigeria, we’re taking that commitment a step further with our first-ever Charity Football Match, taking place at the Iwaya Football Field.

The match will see two local teams compete for a cash prize generously provided by our partner, @quacktails.ng.

@512activity will be partnering with us to produce the match, we want to use this to bring the people of Iwaya together, celebrate local talent, and remind young people that their dreams can begin right from the pitch in their own neighborhood.

Date: Sunday, July 26th
Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Venue: Abete Playing Field, Imoru Street, Iwaya, Lagos

We’d love for you to join us and experience an afternoon with Iwaya’s football community as these two teams battle it out for the trophy and cash prize.

I’m still thinking about how good @activityfest was last month! It was on a barge (yes, on water), so it’s almost a two for one, where you go on a boat cruise and you’re partying.

The energy was amazing, and I even ran into familiar faces. The ticket is 15k, that covers your entry only. Food and drinks are sold separately, but honestly, the experience was worth it.

They’re doing it again this Saturday, July 19, still on the barge. So if this is your kind of scene, I’d say don’t miss it because you’ll genuinely enjoy it. You’re welcome ❤️
