Hey food fam! Unfortunately, today’s event for us has been cancelled. Due to the severe weather forecast, including significant rain and thunderstorms, the @517hispanicheritage has made the difficult decision to cancel today’s outdoor 517 Hispanic Heritage Festival at the State Capitol.

They will be moving it to the Lansing Shuffle. Unfortunately, food trucks are not going to be there!

Hope to see everyone tomorrow. Weather permitting!

I am incredibly proud to announce that I will be taking the stage as a featured panelist at the upcoming 517 Hispanic Heritage Weekend right here in Lansing!

I'll be speaking on behalf of LAFCU, who is stepping up in a massive way as the Presenting Sponsor for this year's incredible celebration.

In my role as an Outbound Specialist for LAFCU, I will be breaking down key strategies for financial wellness, community growth, and wealth-building. Whether you’re trying to scale a local business or secure your family’s financial future, this conversation is built for you.

Building up our community through real, actionable financial education is exactly why Martinez Financial was founded—and I couldn't be more excited to collaborate with LAFCU to bring this vision to the main stage.

🗓️ Save the Date: September 17–20, 2026

📍 Where: Downtown Lansing (Right by the Capitol!)

🎟️ Admission: Free and open to the public!

Come out, celebrate the vibrant culture of the 517, and grab some game-changing financial insights while you're at it. See you all there!
