Does anybody still can’t move on to the new year? You and I are the same but life goes on and waits for no one. So here are our musical offerings that hopefully will help you start your 2026. On fono’s first Friday of the year will see our honorary member Analog K playing alongside a special guest with a special Italo Disco set. Then it's Resonance, our longest-serving sub-brand, featuring another frequent collaborator, Shyhair, as the resident DJs bid farewell to their monthly residency. On the following weekend, a special edition of Daydream Nation invites a seasoned indie-kaki Bunga (of Twilight Actiongirl and Bad Habits fame) and our own operation crew Steve aka cure4c who will be on our decks for the very first time. Right after that, Chrysanthemum returns with Pollinate featuring one of their own, LLLL, who will be dishing out tunes with Dayang and Tenderstem. From clanky, glitchy minimal techno to trancey bass-heavy percussive productions - come with the right shoes and get ready to shuffle your feet. Our resident DJs have been spinning for each other’s events on and off fono, so it's only apt to have paired our signature nights. Fono is for Lovers x Cold Sweat, and Intermission x Next Frontier. Because we can dik. As for the final weekend of the month, we are celebrating our 8th anniversary with back-to-back live shows. More info coming soon, guess you’ll have to just be on standby. Fono is Forever 👐🏼 Anyway, to address the ongoing chatter about our future together. fono in its current format will have its last party on Valentine’s Day. fono will cease to exist as a physical space with weekly DJ nights and monthly live shows. The brand however will continue as a boutique agency specialising in music curation and will work together with other venues/brands/artists for our future shows. What will happen to the space? All will be explained in due time and as of now, let's enjoy the moment and appreciate the time we have with each other.
