POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Feeling very grateful for this weekend at Canyon Lake with @opgetoutorg + this @traviscounty_starflight family.

Each morning started with acupuncture @5_nptexas , coffee & the sunrise 🌅

Spent the whole day on @jb_oneill boat & he got us all up on our first or 2nd tries wake surfing. He & his girl were the best teacher ever & equally as funny. It was my first time wake surfing & I so loved it! PSA: Now we're looking for friends with boats! 😂

The entire weekend was all about community & connection & getting out on the water & bringing some calm to the chaos that is all around us. First responders from as far as Virginia & Maryland. Inspiring speakers & just the best folks.

Thank you, thank you @opgetoutorg - y'all are truly a blessing to so many. Loved being part of this weekend. It was just what we needed. Already excited for next year’s @getoutgirl 🏄

Some weekends remind us what healing can look like. 🌊

Bare feet. Salt water. Sunshine. Laughter. Movement. Stillness. Needles in ears. Boards on the water. Strangers becoming community.

This weekend’s Paddle & Surf Jam was about so much more than an event. It was an opportunity for first responders, military members, healthcare and mental health professionals, volunteers, and community members to step away from the roles that ask so much of them—and simply receive.

We are deeply grateful to Operation Get Out, Get Out Girl, Cindy Present, and every volunteer, vendor, first responder, military member, supporter, and beautiful human who helped create this space.

And thank you to everyone who sat down with us and experienced the 5 Needle Protocol for stress relief—some for the very first time. 💙

There is something powerful about regulating our nervous systems together, outdoors, surrounded by water and community. We don’t always have to talk about everything we’ve carried. Sometimes healing begins by giving the body a chance to become quiet enough to remember:

We belong here.
We belong to each other.
We belong to nature.

Maybe that is part of what it means to reset—not becoming someone new, but finding our way back to who we were underneath all the stress, responsibility, noise, and survival.

Back to connection.
Back to play.
Back to presence.
Back to our true nature. 🌊🌿

Thank you for letting 5NP Texas be part of something so special.

Tomorrow I’ll be bringing one of my favorite nervous-system reset tools to The Joyful Neighborhood RESET at Jubilee! 🌿✨

Come find me at the Westin 60’ Model Home from 5–9 PM and experience 5NP ear acupuncture—a simple, non-verbal practice designed to support the nervous system, quiet the mental noise, and invite the body into a little more ease.

No long explanation required. Sometimes the best way to understand 5NP is simply to sit down, receive it, and notice what shifts. 💜

And there’s plenty more to explore throughout the neighborhood: yoga, meditation, massage, sound bath, wellness experiences, food trucks, a floating lantern release and more.

📍 Jubilee Model Haven
26210 Happy Home St. • Hockley, TX
🗓 Tomorrow, August 22 | 5–9 PM

If you’re in the Houston/Hockley area, come say hello, take a seat, and RESET with me. 🌿
