8.11.2026:
TRANSFORM26 is officially in the books—and it was our highest-attended all-staff annual meeting yet at The Salvation Army Orange County! This year, we gave our all staff meeting a name, TRANSFORM26, to be intentional about mission, alignment, & purpose in the experience for our employees.

From worship and devotional to breakout sessions, games, team videos, employee recognition, OC Aspire commencement (emerging leadership training program), friendly team competitions, a taco truck, customized ice cream, an improv dance party, goodie bar, TRANSFORM26 shirts, and even the debut of our very own TRANSFORM26 song… what a day!

More than anything, it was a meaningful opportunity to come together as a work family and celebrate all that God has done through our incredible staff across Orange County this past year.

I’m grateful to be part of an organization that values people, invests in people, and celebrates the people who bring the mission to life every day.

God has been faithful, and we believe He will continue to do great things through The Salvation Army OC as we serve our community and grow His Kingdom work.

So grateful for the amazing team that worked behind the scenes to make TRANSFORM26 a memorable experience for our employees. It truly takes a team!

One Mission. One Team. One Army.
Here’s to another year of transforming lives together!
