$ON A FIELD OR IN THE WATER...WE CAN HELP! OLIVIA PISANO, a SWIMMER for 8 years with the Hudson Heat swim team, is also a Dean Caputo’s POWERHOUSE GYM Streetsboro Member! Olivia is a Junior at Hudson High School where she swims on the high school swim team in the 100 Back and the 500 Free. Olivia has been training at POWERHOUSE GYM Streetsboro throughout the summer and does Sports Training with BRYON COOK. In this short video clip, Bryon is coaching Olivia- telling her to ‘give it her all’ and ‘she’s got this’ - ‘focus on competing’...as Bryon has Olivia’s feet attached to the VertiMax so she can feel the resistance as if she were in the water while also simulating her strokes in the water {dry land training}. Olivia is building power and speed to better perform in the water!! Olivia said she is excited for the upcoming season and her GOAL is to qualify for the State Meet! Good luck, Olivia- we all wish you the best season! You got this.🏊🏼‍♀️ Do YOU want to improve your training outside of the sports field, pool, course, dance floor, or the court? Our sports trainers love what they do and are ready to train with YOU!! Feel free to stop by POWERHOUSE GYM Streetsboro or call 330.968.6229 to talk with Dean. @oliviaapisano @5ive_for_siix @deancaputospowerhousegym @vertimax @dean.caputo #DeanacaputosPowerhouseGymStreetsboro #PowerhouseGymStreetsboro #SportsTraining #PersonalTraining #Vertimax #Swimming #HudsonOH #StreetsboroOH #FamilyOwned #HammerStrengthCertified$

NEW ACCESSORY!

A BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Craig Banks for donating this new Spreader Bar to POWERHOUSE GYM on Sunday! Very nice of you, Craig to donate it to the gym so everyone can use the new bar!!
@cbanks66

The other day, Dean was excited to show our members how the spreader bar works with the unique paddle grip design for reducing grip fatigue and unnecessary joint stress. The hourglass shape promotes better form and execution. Thanks, Ezra for testing it out. @ezrawilmojr @5ive_for_siix @dean.caputo @deancaputospowerhousegym

Give it a try let us know what you think! 👍 Thanks again, Craig!
