Unfortunately my pickleball pro path is taking a detour for now…

Follow my recovery journey as I’m working my way back be to the most athletic person at @myokinetix (pound for pound) 😂

It will be a fun trip and I’ve got the best team for the journey.

Attention to detail . . . Details matter.

Poor treatment adds weight because it’s “week three.”

Skilled clinical care increases difficulty based off their readiness in prior Physical Therapy sessions

If you are just checking boxes off a grid, you aren’t practicing skilled physical therapy—you are just supervising exercise. Excellence isn’t found in a new protocol; it’s found in mastering the basics to a microscopic degree. 💼

You can build the most sophisticated, data-driven program on the planet, but it will fail in a low-output environment.

A world-class training partner provides the external cues and psychological intent that a spreadsheet simply can’t. You are who you surround yourself with—and if that circle doesn’t push your threshold, your progressive overload is just a suggestion.

The right culture lowers the RPE of elite effort. Stop looking for a “magic” program and start looking for a room that demands a higher rate of force development.

“As water reflects the face, so one’s life reflects the heart.” — Proverbs 27:19

Grateful beyond words for the incredible people who represent the core values of Myokinetix every single day. 🙏
They are the real MVPs who make this clinic so special—for our patients and their families.

Truly touched by their contributions and by how much our community of thrivers continues to grow. 💙
