With the Seahawks heading to Super Bowl LX, GM John Schneider knows what it takes to build a championship roster. Here’s what he told me about quarterbacks in the book, 5-Star QB.

It’s not the stars. Not the rankings. Not the hype.

It’s about who you are at your core. How you handle the tough moments. How you finish.

This is just the beginning of what John told me. The full story—along with insights from 100+ quarterbacks, Coaches and the people who’ve shaped them is in the book, 5-STAR QB.

If you’re serious about understanding what it really takes to be great at this position click the Link in my bio to order on Amazon.

"Let's have a catch."

Football has given us countless blessings. Watching Zayn teach Amy how to throw while Makaiye was playing will always stand out. But it has nothing to do with the football and everything to do with their confidence. Sports can knock it down...and it can build it back up.

Grateful for the community that sport always provides & those that have lit up our kids & countless others.

Within your team--What Matters Most?

The locker room is a sacred space. It’s where stories are told, lifelong bonds are made and teams are grown. In my career around high performing cultures and teams I’ve noticed that the further one climbs in coaching or in the corporate world the further away some leaders/executives can get from the conversations on the floor of the locker room.

But the ones that thrive are always the ones who prioritize connection, growth, vulnerability and a clear and common vision.

It was an absolute blast to share that message with over 500 elite professionals at the @barrons @barronsadvisor Teams Summit in Los Angeles alongside @adamsonashley last week.

Thankful for the time, dialogue and willingness to explore What Matters Most.
