As we grow older we get to understand that life is what you make it. Happiness is found only when we choose to look at things in a positive light rather than concentrate on the negative. Enjoy what you have without focusing on what you don't. It's the little moments that make life big think about it You will never miss the waters until the well runs dry. Maybe if we associated joy with the living moment (not what’s happening), we would uncover life’s beauty. When we watch children play and go about living, we see that they embrace life as an adventure. If we remembered to do this, too, again, we would begin to understand the beauty of the present moment. We know how to live in the past and we know how to obsess over what might happen, but do we embrace the moment we’re breathing in? Living in the moment requires no guilt, regret, doubt, or anxiety. The more you allow yourself to be right here with what it is, without comparing it to the past or dreaming of the future, the more peaceful and free you become. Try to simply be aware of life as it is; try releasing the need for it to be anything else. This moment is a gift, and that is why we call it the present.

This album is some Refreshing Dopeness.
The kind of music you can reflect upon, learn from and grow from. And it’s still gonna make you move. Start at Track 1 and let it ride all the way through.
