Happy #InternationalVWBusDay
The VW Bus is so iconic, so special, and so loved it was given its own day to be celebrated. So get em out, drive em, dont hide em!

Time really does fly, I remember after my first Jiu Jitsu class being covered in ice packs and wondering what I was doing to my body, fast forward 10+years later and receiving my black belt from Professors @anthonymantanona and @mccowndaniel @teamcvbjj life does not get much better. It’s an honor to be welcomed to the next level of Jiu Jitsu and knowing that this isn’t the end but the beginning, now my body understands how/when to move, my mind understands there is a way to escape when you’re trapped in what seems the worst position you could ever be in, noe we grow the technique and sharpen the skills. Let the thank you’s begin, @reagansellsthedesert for understanding and accepting my obsession with this amazing martial art, @mccowndaniel, @anthonymantanona for guiding me from white belt to this momentous occasion and @locoviking the godfather of @teamcvbjj, these three men have changed my life in the most positive way imaginable. Last THANK YOU to all my amazing training partners who have helped shape my game.

A special shout out to @knudsenjoe88 who got me excited about the endless possibilities of #nogijiujitsu
