Separation Anxiety / Split Personality…👌🏽 While attention at No. 22’s MADE booth was focused on the soon to be released Reactor Aero, this beautiful Titanium Drifter might have slipped under the radar. 56mm tire clearance, made possible with their 3D-printed Ti chainstay yoke, and a hidden secret… 🤫 The bike in question features No. 22’s Seamless Ti Couplers, allowing the bike to separate with a single bolt at each coupler. The separated bike fits into standard checked luggage. ✈️ Taking things a step further, No. 22’s “Brake Break” system for Dry Disconnect of the hydraulic line means one could commission two front ends: front suspension for the rough stuff, and a suspension-corrected front for more Kasual Gravel™️, swapping in record time. Each Drifter features rider specific geometry, designed and fabricated one at a time in 22’s upstate New York facility. Pure. Magic. ✨🪄✨ #getweirdinthewoods #myamericangravel #madebikeshow

We are here in Girona for @seaottereurope and we'll be showing off our deep custom @risebikes and @ventumracing builds as well as chatting tech and saddles - come find us at booth P6-C across from our friends @darimocarbon  You might have seen our one-off builds online, but taking the time to nerd out over them in person is a whole different experience. Scroll through the slides to take a look at some of the unique details and exacting spec choices made to create this boundary-pushing Titanium beast from Rise, and then come chat with us at Sea Otter Europe to get the full story and our personal takes! Our @risebikes Greywolf was built with completely custom geometry because we wanted a bike with high stack and long reach that doesn't compromise handling or ride quality, whether we're running 29x2.25" or 700x32c tires. Our M8 saddle is designed to allow riders to achieve a progressive aero and biomechanically efficient position by providing great soft tissue pressure relief, without sacrificing bone support and stability. With the help of @simmonsracing 's carbon fiber wizardry we were able to bond a heavily modified RSL seatpost head to a SRAM AXS seatpost for on-the-fly tilt and height adjustment, keeping the rider comfortable as they move through the range of positions this bike allows. A Wove build would not be complete without a one-off @speeco.tech handlebar - this bar allows the rider to get aero in multiple positions with a narrow hood width, wide flares, long reach, and 120mm drops. @speeco.tech also helped design a grip insert for under the tape that our friends at @velovetta brought to life, increasing the surface area in the drops for improved ergonomics. To achieve a narrow 148mm Q factor along with room for meaty tires and a big chainring, @risebikes made a custom Orca Ti crankset that is stiff, beautiful, and hits all the right specs. Keeping the watts up and cadence down when at speed is handled by the @dward_design 54t CNC'd Ti chainring. When it came to wheels, @hedwheels Stillwater G50 wheelset was a no-brainer for an improved aero profile with wide tires, and of course the great ride quality can't be ignored. Good wheels require good

Mooro Karang. My trusty companion in this year’s Three Peaks Bike Race. I was able to test the bike over thousands of kilometers in the toughest conditions and it impressed me across the board. The frame was custom-built for me from titanium by Mooro Cycles in Perth, Western Australia. They weld high quality titanium tubes with 3D printed lugs. The result is a frame that combines comfort and stiffness in an impressive way: smooth and comfortable on long days in the saddle, yet extremely stiff where maximum power transfer matters especially around the bottom bracket. My conclusion: The guys at @moorocycles know their craft. They not only have an eye for timeless design, but also build a truly high-quality product. A bike that perfectly combines comfort, speed, and efficient power transfer exactly what you need for long races.
