Thank you @kettlemoraine.trapandskeet for the last five years. While my time with this team, I have had many great experiences and won many awards. From the first time I shot a clay pigeon to the moment I graduated, this team and sport has been a huge part of my life. I am very grateful and look forward to the times to come.

Just like that my high school track career has come to an end. Didn’t end the way I hoped for but still so much to be grateful for. Thank you to all of my high school coaches and teammates for making track practice feel like home, to my club coaches for giving me so many opportunities, to my club teammates for giving me friends I didn’t know I needed and to my family for helping me through all of the highs and lows.

Thank you Kettle Moraine Track and Field for everything you have done for my peers and I. Although I have only been able to run for 3 out of the 4 years in high school, I wouldn’t take a back single moment of any of it, including all the repeat 300’s and and broken 400’s. Thank you to all the parents and coaches who volunteer, and pour their heart into helping us succeed not in just this sport but beyond as-well. To the coaches that help us as we step beyond the track into what lies ahead for all of us. The memories and lessons found along the way are truly invaluable and words cannot describe how grateful I am for this sport. It saddens me that last Friday was the last time strapping on the spikes wearing Kettle Moraine. However I will always continue to cherish every practice, every meter ran, the team dinners, hot ones team bonding, my peers, the manmobile and it’s talks, Charlie and Tung, and the family that I’ve stepped into of Kettle Moraine Track and Field

Goodbye Kettle Moraine track and field. 4 seasons of highs and lows. Tears and smiles. This sport has shaped me into the person I am today and I’m honored for the opportunity to compete the next 4 years at UW-Eau Claire. Though this season did not go to plan, I still had the chance to participate on an amazing 4x4 team, and I truly love and I’m so proud of you boys. The last 4 years I’ve got to run with some amazing teammates that I have the pleasure of calling my friends. With my name splattered across the record books I will look back and be proud of the career that I’ve had at KM. Though sometimes I wish I could have done more, it is in the past and I will look to the future to make the next 4 unforgettable. Track and field is a difficult sport and I will bounce back. Thank you Mom, Dad, teammates, and Coach Clifton, Coach Jasper and other coaches for everything you have done to help me through the past 4 years. Much love to everyone 💛💙
