Top 10 High School | BFP Testing

Proteus Straight Arm Trunk Rotation, CMJ Peak Power, and the 10yd Fly are key performance indicators we track and train heavily within our programs.

These three metrics are important physical qualities related to exit velocity, throwing velocity, and 60yd dash performance. At BFP, we spend our time helping athletes build their engine to improve the Big 3 baseball metrics that can help put players in a better position to get recruited.

Congratulations to the athletes who made these leaderboards. They’ve been working extremely hard to develop their athleticism and improve their performance.

Do you need to improve your exit velocity, throwing velocity, and/or 60yd dash?

Book an assessment, and we’ll take you through a battery of tests to identify the physical qualities that may be limiting your performance. We’ll show you where you stand, what you need to improve, and give you a plan to attack it.

Send us a DM or email Contact@beachfp.com to get started.

Man, Hickory baseball what a ride it has been. From the downs to all the ups. The Struggles to success. From strangers to boys. Everything the past 4 years at Hickory have built on things, the person I am, the player I have become, and the friendships that last forever. This is a tough goodbye, I’ll never forget the bonds, jokes and most of all, the boys. Thank you guys for the whole ride. Love yall boys. Keep punchin it! Lefty out… #10out
