Caught the rush. Chose the calm.
When life comes in too fast, let it land gently.

This morning we gathered as community…
breathing together as the sun rose, letting sound soften our edges, and meeting the cold with presence instead of resistance.
There was laughter, courage, quiet focus, and that shared moment when the body remembers it is safe to slow down.
We didn’t escape the world…we learned how to land back in it a little more grounded, a little more hopeful, and a lot more alive.

Next gathering: 14th Feb (still time to book the best date ever!) 6am-8am

Powerful minds & open hearts brought together last night…

True leadership starts with honesty, empathy and awareness. These blokes are the leaders of their own journey…

When we get together and talk mental strength we redefine what strength really looks like.

Energy grows, where energy flows 🤍

Still feeling the afterglow of our very first retreat here in Denmark — a vision that’s been in our hearts for many years.

There was such sense of ease throughout this retreat. The land, the group and the deep work that was waiting for our acknowledgment all seemed to meet at just the right time. It reminded us that when something is truly ready to be felt it unfolds naturally. We’re feeling grateful, inspired, and quietly proud of what we’ve begun here.

Thank you to the beautiful souls who joined us on our first Reset Retreat — it’s hard to put into words just how special it was. A moment in time that we won’t forget and will be in mine and Hannah’s hearts forever.
❤️

We’re gently opening up space for two more group retreats this winter:

Relax Retreat (13–15 June) – a softer, slower weekend with breathwork, massage, yoga, and time in nature.

Recalibrate Retreat (4–7 July) – our longest retreat offering. A deeper, more transformational journey for those keen to go further within.

If your heart is feeling the pull, we’d love to welcome you.

For an info pack message ‘relax’ or ‘recalibrate’ ….or ‘both’ if you’d like info on both upcoming retreats. ❤️

A beautiful, meaningful morning to mark this special Easter weekend.
We gathered with breath, ocean, sandy toes and salty kisses—giving back to community through connection, friendship, renewal, faith and love.

Breathwork + Ocean Dip with Spirare isn’t just an event—it’s a moment to return to yourself, to others, and to what really matters.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts.
If you’d like to be part of our WhatsApp group for future pop-ups and updates, just DM us—we’d love to have you journey with us. 🌬️🌊💫

✨A Path into the Deep✨

In dawn’s early hush, we gather, souls bare,
Each a thread of journey woven into morning air.
The ice waits, still and cold, a silent teacher,
Its chill a passage, a path into the deeper.

We sink, we breathe, shoulder to shoulder,
Our breaths blend, fogging the brisk air colder.
Here, suffering is not lonely—
It’s shared, melded, transformed wholly.

The sting is sharp, the trial unfeigned,
Yet strength emerges, raw and unrestrained.
In this shared surrender, we find release,
The ice melts walls, carving spaces of peace.

Each inhale a gift, each exhale a trust,
Shaping, mending, grounding us from dust.
In the hands of the cold, in the breath’s embrace,
We’re tempered, reborn, each heart finding grace.

Together we rise, souls warmed and light,
Leaving whole, forged anew by the morning light.

✨At Dawn, We Breathe✨

Find those who stand with you in the dark,
Who don’t turn away when you reveal your scars,
Or make you small for feeling the weight of the world.
Find those who understand that we all carry burdens,
That admitting struggle is strength, not shame.

Find those who choose truth,
No matter how raw, how messy,
And who want you to live your truth too.
They know life is hard, but they see the beauty too,
And honor both—the ache and the awe.

As the full super moon rises in power,
Shifting tides within us, stirring the unseen,
We stand under its glow, yet anchored in Spirit.
The One who made that moon, the stars, and us,
Breathes new life through us, aligning soul and sky.

Find those who make you feel at home
In your heart, in your body, in your breath.
Who rise with the sun to meet you,
Not to fix, but to be—with you as you are.
They rejoice in your joy,
Love you in your light and shadow alike.

They are out there—your people, your tribe,
Waiting to breathe with you,
To plunge into the cold and emerge whole,
As the Creator’s hand guides the shifts we feel,
Together, as dawn touches the earth again.

✨Nothing Feels Better Than…

…This.✨

It’s in the breath, the icy air,
the small steps we take, unaware—
of how each pivot, slight and true,
reshapes our path, renews our view.

We gather here, together still,
reminding hearts, against the chill,
that healing comes through work and grind,
not always peace we hope to find.

The road is rough, we drift, we stall,
return to states that cage us all.
Unresolved, these knots remain,
until we breathe, release the strain.

Friendship forms like ice, then melts,
the warmth of touch, of hands we’ve felt—
reminds us as we rise, we fall,
connection is the cure for all.

Within, a reservoir of light,
that pours through darkness, through the night.
Through breath, through cold, through every bend,
we find that peace is not the end.

But in the moments, soft and slow,
the gift is in the way we grow.
In every bond, in every try—
we find the wings with which we fly.

Nothing feels better than this—
the work, the love, the strength, the bliss.

Love Wren .x

Peel Feel Good Breath & Ice Community

“ Humans take between 12,000 and 25,000 breaths a day
But we hardly notice any breaths we take
We just get swept away
We’re stressed out by everything we have to do and say
We rarely ever stop and make the time to simply be
To take a breath and remind ourselves that we are free”

Poem by ~ IN-Q

And this early morning with the sky lighting up, the wind swirling and rain cleansing the earth the #peelfeelgood #breathandicecommunity came together as one. We breathed , we laughed, we cried, we Ice-bathed, we danced, supported each other and we celebrated 🫶🏼🌈💫

A special thanks to the community, Deb’s, Wren, Simon and Jackson from the @thewellnessstore.mandurah for the warmth, drinks, cakes and special gifts to warm our hearts and souls 💨🧊🌈🫶🏼🎂
