The privilege to coach alongside high-level playing experience players from the AUSL Texas Volts. As coaches we have a strong desire to build a competitive, disciplined softball program that develops athletes both on and off the field. More importantly, the Texas Rangers Youth Academy Coaches are passionate about using softball as a platform to teach character, teamwork, & leadership. I am always thrilled to learn from each other and bounce ideas so we can influence our student-athletes and impact the future of our softball program.

As coaches we stepped away from our roles and assisted The Power of Us - Mental Health Summit and we were inspired by everyone in the room who shared their story, opened their heart, and chose honesty over fear. Being in that energy reminded me how powerful it is how we support, lift, and witness each other without judgement. Grateful for the opportunity to show up, serve, and be part of something bigger than ourselves!

Thank you,

8 weeks of fall training and the final push for 2025 is here.
A huge THANK YOU to all the coaches who show up day after day - teaching, guiding, and making a difference. Your impact goes far beyond wins and losses. You shape character, build confidence, and create a culture of growth and respect.

Proud to coach next to you!

I asked her if she’d ever been to the beach before, she said she’s been to Galveston plenty of times… so the next day we got on a plane and flew to Pensacola😂
