This is Nana, you may have heard of him from records such as Single season receiving yards and touchdowns.

Not a rookie to the sport, but a rookie to us in Ipswich. Nana has spent years in higher divisions and even abroad. It was a big decision for him to come down to div 2, not knowing if he would be utilised to the standard he knew he could be.

Thankfully, Nana ends the season as our leading receiver in yards and touchdowns, set multiple records, and ended with a National Championship.

Now he's part of the family...and look what he has to say about that...

What a year. Or even 3 years. Thank you @ipswichcardinalsofficial for helping me get my first ring. This amazing receiver core and QB combination we had. My chief chauffeur in @j.grey22 and @molls20141. And the ultimate GOAT in the best wife of @_meetmeinmontauk__. I love you all. This year was short but these memories are forever.

Hopsters Have a Day Award!

Three big-time plays that really set the tone this week, as chosen by your HC Liam Smith from @7or11.wr
@richard._.simoes and @connorphim

Honourable mentions to @rcaley32
Delivering a huge hit on a Renegades reciever and @troy_exocet_cockerill consistently delivering good field position on punt return.

@nanaisnight98 wants to improve his agility and reaction timing. In our first session, we used the CMT to work against his ability to change direction, which resulted in quicker turns and more power when testing again.

He plays as a Wide Receiver and Defensive Back for @ipswichcardinalsofficial

Was there carry over into his performance? Watch to the end to hear the feedback after his first game...
