Lobster Tail Egg Roll 🦞🥚 w/ @7rieke

Ingredients:
• 4 lobster tails
• 2 packs Buldak ramen
• 1 lb (450g) shrimp
• 1 cup (240g) mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp (30ml) Dijon mustard
• ¼ cup (10g) fresh parsley
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tbsp (16g) garlic butter seasoning
• 2 tsp (6g) onion powder
• 2 tsp (6g) garlic powder
• 2 tbsp (30g) garlic paste
• 2 tbsp (30ml) Worcestershire sauce
• 16 egg roll wrappers
• 1 cup (60g) crushed crackers
• 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
• 2 cups (50g) Flaming Hot Cheeto Puffs
• Oil for frying
• Ranch and extra parsley for garnish

Recipe:
1. Deshell each lobster tail, leaving only the very end of the tail shell still attached, then season the lobster tails and shrimp generously with garlic butter seasoning, salt, paprika, and ginger powder on all sides.
2. In a bowl, mix mayo, Dijon, parsley, 1 egg, garlic butter seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic paste, Worcestershire, and crushed crackers until smooth, then cook shrimp in a skillet, chop, and stir half the shrimp into the mixture.
3. For lobster rolls, place a seasoned lobster tail on a wrapper with the tail end (with shell) hanging off the edge, spoon the shrimp mixture over it, roll starting with the top then folding in sides, seal with water, and repeat for all 4.
4. For ramen rolls, place cooked Buldak ramen and the remaining shrimp mixture on each wrapper, roll tightly sealing with water, repeat for all 8, then coat in egg wash (beaten egg), flour, egg wash again, then crushed Cheeto Puffs.
5. Chill all assembled egg rolls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
6. Heat 2 inches of oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry lobster rolls for 4-5 minutes until golden, then drain on a wire rack.
7. Fry ramen rolls in the same oil for 3-4 minutes until crispy, then drain on a wire rack.
8. Drizzle any kind of your favorite sauce, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
