A Special Appreciation to Our Hawai‘i Brand Ambassadors 🌺🤙 This post is purely about giving recognition where it’s deserved. When we first started building Tuner Empire’s presence in Hawai‘i, our Brand Ambassadors were some of the first people who believed in what we were trying to create. They represented the brand, introduced us to the local car community, made connections, showed support, and helped us establish our footprint on the islands. What started with a scouting trip and a small group of passionate enthusiasts became something much bigger. To every Brand Ambassador who has represented Tuner Empire Hawai‘i since the beginning—thank you. Your time, support, builds, connections, and belief in the vision helped lay the foundation for where we are today. You weren’t just representing a logo. You helped build the bridge between Tuner Empire and Hawai‘i’s automotive community. From those early days in 2023 to where we are heading in 2027, we’ll always remember the people who helped us get our foot in the door. Mahalo for being part of the foundation. 🌺❤️ This page of our history belongs to you too.

🍋 THE YUZU CRUISER🍋 READ BELOW ⬇️ Also known as “The Gold Digger,” the Yuzu Cruiser started with a twist of fate. Its owner originally walked into Servco Leeward to check out the GR 86 Yuzu edition, but a white 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser caught his eye and it was love at first sight. Barely a year later, that stock Land Cruiser has been transformed into one of the most head-turning builds on the island. Wrapped in a bold yellow that pays homage to the Yuzu colorway that first brought him through the door, it sits on aggressive off-road tires, a purpose-built roof rack with an OVS rooftop tent, an amber light bar, and a custom cargo setup in the rear. Every angle of this truck has something worth looking at twice. But what makes the Yuzu Cruiser special goes beyond the build sheet. You may recognize the owner’s work from “Big Red,” his modified Lexus GX 460 that turned heads at Slammedenuff Hawaii 2025 and many more events. He’s owned dozens of cars, and every single one reflects the same philosophy: authentic, original taste comes first. It doesn’t need to be the most expensive suspension on the market. It doesn’t need $40,000 in modifications to earn respect. It just needs to be cool to him, and that’s where the conversation ends. As he puts it, “If it’s cool to you, who cares what anyone thinks.” In a scene where builds often chase trends and price tags, the Yuzu Cruiser is proof that conviction and creativity will always stand out more than a receipt. Follow for more local Toyota content!
