Not me signing up to do the Big Half ! Half Marathon in about 6 weeks time 🙈
But honestly I’m enjoying training using my plan from @runna and excited to run with the @826active team that I’m fundraising for!

My anchor scripture for this run is Phillipians 4:13. I am gonna cross that finish line!

Representing @826active at the upcoming Big Half 6th September. This’ll be my first long distance event since dropping football 8-weeks ago to start running 🏃‍♂️. A whole half marathon (21km)… What’ll be a good time?

What better incentive to poooosh myself than for Charity. More defibrillators on the roads… Right up my street.

Three run clubs came together to take on the Project 222 challenge, bringing the city’s running community out for 2.22 miles of pace, energy and effort.

A community warm-up for a world-record week.

The @amazfituk x @joshhkerr 222 run club ⌚️🏃🏻‍♀️🌆

On Wednesday, I was invited to an event hosted by @amazfituk to celebrate their ambassador @joshhkerr who will be attempting to break the men’s mile world record this Saturday at the London Diamond League.

The event brought together three run clubs from across London, who each ran 2.2 miles to Somerset House whilst trialling an @amazfituk watch, which I LOVED by the way. The three clubs were @swiftymondays @826active @sunnierunners so if you’re London based, 100% check these clubs out if you’re looking for a run club!! 🪩💃🏻💅🏽

June 🤍

This month has my heart.

I spent quality time with friends and family, met so many incredible new people, and had the chance to be part of some really fun experiences.

I got back into run clubs, said yes to more opportunities, and pushed myself outside of my comfort zone - including giving bouldering a go, despite being scared of heights 😅

I’m feeling so grateful for this season 🫶🏽
