COURT ORDER #2

After the court ruled that we had the absolute right to re-enter the property and resume business operations, the keys were still not returned as ordered.

As a result, we had to return to court and seek enforcement of the judge’s ruling.

The court then issued a second order requiring Johnny Mims to surrender the current keys and reaffirmed that both Randi and Darius Malcolm had the absolute right to access and operate from the property, including the kitchen, storage areas, bathrooms, pantry, and utility spaces.

The court further ordered that we could enter and use the premises 24 hours a day until legally removed through a proper dispossessory proceeding.

When court orders have to be repeated, the record speaks for itself.

The facts matter. ⚖️

It’s hard to put into words how much this hurts.

The same person who stood beside us, celebrated with us, and spoke at our grand opening is now at the center of efforts that threaten everything we’ve worked for.

What makes it even more difficult is that in court, it was made clear that we were not related

 Yet here we are.

We poured our hearts, our savings, our time, and countless sleepless nights into building something for our family and our community.

Watching someone who once applauded your success turn around and fight against it is a pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

But I’ve learned that adversity doesn’t define you,& how you respond does.

We will continue to stand on truth, faith, and perseverance. No matter what happens, we won’t stop fighting for what we’ve built.

The story isn’t over.

Sometimes the people who clap the loudest for your success are the same people who become uncomfortable when they realize you’re actually succeeding.

We’re still standing. And of course we’re not done yet, but I can’t allow anyone to continue to disrespect me.

Yes we were served eviction papers for both locations. 6,000 a month paid on time each month.

I need everyone to share because this isn’t right. We haven’t did anything wrong. This video shows someone who once publicly supported our vision. Today, that same individual serves on advisory and community leadership boards that help shape conversations about nightlife and business development in Atlanta.

All we’re asking for is fairness, transparency, and the opportunity to continue building what we’ve worked so hard to create.
