We found a good one, and of course had to share! 🙌

So excited to find these @88acres bars! They have that classic chewy granola bar texture we love, but made with simple ingredients and none of the seed oils, additives, or natural flavors we try to avoid.

Yay for an easy snack I feel good about! 🤍

Have a favorite bar we should try next?

I forgot to post some vegan friendly things I spotted at @sheetz convenience stores while I was in Pennsylvania! 🚙

The Sammich fluffernutter flavor eluded me but maybe next time. Better late than never. 😁

we absolutely loved spending a night with @foodallergy at @fenwaypark ⚾️❤️!!

Looking out at a packed Fenway is an incredible reminder: over 33 million Americans live with food allergies (1 in 10 adults and 1 in 13 kids). We feel so lucky to share this journey with a community of 33 million people. ⚾️✨

We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Michael Pistiner who is the Director of Food Allergy Advocacy, Education and Prevention for @massgeneral Hospital for Children, Food Allergy Center!

learning about new innovations in food allergy 👀

Our student, Emme Perry, was able to connect with peers and leaders in the food allergy space such as the wonderful Dr. Kelly Cleary. Dr. Cleary is the Medical Director and Vice President of Health and Education for @foodallergy!

All of our wonderful speakers and a goodie bag filled with top-9 free treats from our favs like @88acres!!

nothing beats @fenwaypark!!

the night wouldn’t be complete without a delicious dinner! 🍽️

Feeding my ferritin one date at a time! Comment “FOOD” to get the exact list of foods I started out with that began signaling safety to my nervous system.

Pumpkin Spice season is officially here 🎃 This time of year I love the fall vibes of pumpkin, apple pie, and cinnamon treats

We don’t have to sacrifice on ingredients anymore to enjoy because there’s so many options out there now 🎃🍎🍁

✅ I like to swap the foods with artificial ingredients, ultra processed additives, and vegetable oils for those that are whole foods based and mostly organic

Which ones have you tried and what’s your favorites?
