Now THIS is how you start a Monday! 💪

I’m beginning to think my trainer drinks entirely too much coffee. 😂 I’m not sure why she thinks I can do half the things she comes up with, but apparently she’s onto something.

55 minutes, a whole lot of machines, and a new personal best of 280 lbs on the leg press!

And the funny thing is, I actually did everything she threw at me. Who knew? 😂

All kidding aside, I love having a trainer who pushes me. She clearly has more confidence in what I can do than I do sometimes, and I love that.

Pretty good way to kick off the week. Now we’ll see how I feel about all of this tomorrow! 😂❤️

20s ➡️ 25s on my RDLs 💪

I have to admit, I’m kind of loving this getting stronger thing. 😏

Five pounds at a time… but those little wins add up.

And apparently, I’ve entered my strong girl era. 😂💪

When you work out without your trainer and try to interpret her notes on your own… 😂

Last workout: 130 lbs.
Me: “Okay, I’ll bump it up a little and do 140 today.” 💪

What I failed to realize was that the 130 included the machine’s 80 lbs.

So there I am STRUGGLING, questioning every life choice, wondering why 10 extra pounds suddenly felt like I was moving a small vehicle. 😂

Turns out I wasn’t doing 140.

I was doing 220 FREAKING POUNDS. 🤦‍♀️🤣

Well… accidental PR it is. 💪🔥
Apparently sometimes you don’t know how strong you are until you’re bad at math. 😂
