Have you ever wanted to make 50 different galettes and be the most popular girl at the party? Boy have I got the cookbook for you. @rebeccafirkser’s debut cookbook ‘Galette!’ was published earlier this summer and it’s chock full of sweet and savory galette recipes, 4 different crust variations, and all the tips and tricks. This was truly a labor of love and SO MUCH FUN. Rebecca, you are so talented and impressive, I’m eternally grateful our paths crossed all those years ago.

Making cookbooks might seem easy as pie, but what you often don’t see are the many, many hours of writing, editing, cooking, testing, styling, shooting, organizing, and designing that go into it. It truly takes a village. Swipe to see behind-the-scenes footage from the making of GALETTE and keep swiping to see some of the stunning photos that ended up in the book. Plus, don’t forget to get your hands on the beautiful finished cookbook in all its glory when it hits shelves later this month (6/24)!

Congratulations to @rebeccafirkser and the entire GALETTE team! 👏👏👏

We are performing Wednesday @ 8:00 Thursday @8:30pm Friday @8:30pm Saturday @ 7:30pm and Sunday @5:30 pm. I have tagged a few of you who have been a part of some of my works in the past, I have tickets for you, and DM me if you can make a show. Producers Club West 44th Street between 8th and 9th avenue
