The littlest room, with the biggest plans. 🤍

Before the first cry, the first cuddle, the first “she’s walking!”, there was a room waiting for her.

The room was designed beyond the nursery, with soft curves and calm tones that grow alongside the family.

Because a home isn’t just built for the moment you move in. It’s built for everything that comes after.

true story

we were 2 young kids with zero experience and no backing in manufacturing / factory but one thing we knew for sure we had and will make it work.

we didnt have much money but we had the balls for sure because we carried the mindset of “we had nothing to lose, but so much to gain if we were to make it”

for those who are planning, thinking and forecasting too much, my idea would be to just make it exist and perfect it along the way - in almost everything you do in life.

Choose the harder route always, the lessons gained thru it can’t be exchanged for money

Doors 🚪 are just as important functionally and aesthetically!
Today we visited one of our door partners @8door and if you’ve ever wondered what lightweight, hidden and flushed doors not to mention water resistant doors you can use in your toilet?

DM us if you’re looking for a design team that combines functional use of doors plus, can design the best aesthetic for you!!

Because we are homeowners too!

For the dry pantry, we paired two distinctly different tiles contrasting their shapes, textures and scale to create a playful yet thoughtfully layered visual.

The difference in tile sizes adds depth and character to the space, turning an otherwise functional corner into a unique design feature.

Completing the look is the homeowners’ favourite statement clock, adding a personal touch that makes the space feel truly theirs.

A door might seem like one of the simpler decisions in a renovation, until you realise how much there is to consider. 👀

We visited @8door to find out what sets their doors apart from traditional options, and what first-time homeowners should actually be looking out for when choosing one for their home.

Have more questions? Ask the experts yourself at our Open House for First-Time Homeowners, happening 19 & 20 September.

Meet 8door and other participating vendors, explore your options and get advice for your own renovation!

📩 RSVP via link in bio to secure your slot.
