🎥LENS TESTING…

These are a few of the stills from some recent camera tests we did. What’s become important, especially in the pre-production process, is commitment. Whether it be in the equipment, lighting, art/costume dept, etc.

In this test, it was important to not only further familiarize ourselves with the technology we’re using, but to also familiarize ourselves with commitment. We’re committing to two main colors in these tests: Blacks and Golds. It allows us to lock in certain choices and have a plan before we even step on set. These decisions can always be altered, but you can’t ditch a plan if you don’t have one to begin with.

some good news to end the year,
‘CLIMB’ has been named an official selection for the Jan 2026 Competition at Los Angeles Indie Short Film Festival!

Nominations include:
Best Indie Short

Another grand testament to the entire crew and our lone cast member, AJ Feuerhelm, who really elevated what was written for him.
Making this was a great joy, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you all - very soon.
Live premieres are in the works for both Phoenix and Climb, followed by their public online release.
I’m excited to bring back this same group of people for Triptych, as well as expand our circle.
-
CLIMB is COMING SOON.🌳📷
