Подход к архитектуре развивает мою давнюю идею архитектуры как устройства для физиологии и души, где постранственные подходы и параметры расширяются кинетическими, механическими и даже социальными методами. Landscape matters more than people think.
It’s not just decoration — it’s how a place feels when you walk through it every day.

We’re choosing plants that belong here:
local, natural, calm.
Green that grows slowly, ages beautifully, and feels right in this climate.

The goal is harmony!

Every Bali is a community that values comfort, harmony with nature, and an active lifestyle.
Inside the complex, there is space for living, relaxing, connecting, and staying fit, where neighbors become part of a unified environment.
We create a place with respect for the local context, emphasizing sustainability, growth, and support.
Physical activity and sports play a key role in our concept, promoting health and well-being for all residents.
We look toward a future where modern infrastructure and nature go hand in hand, and people truly feel at home.

This is how Every Bali will look when everything is ready. The project area is changing right before our eyes — soon there will be a place where you’ll want to live and relax. Green spaces, cozy spots for meetings and inspiration, an atmosphere of island calm mixed with vibrant energy — all of this creates the unique style of Every Bali. Watch closely as the transformation unfolds.

This post is about the garden to grow in.
In tropical climates, greenery is not just beautiful — it’s a smart tool that transforms a space into something alive, breathable, and comfortable. At the Woven playground, we’ve thought through the landscaping in great detail — here’s why and how we’ve done it:
1. Natural Air Conditioner
Plants provide shade, cool the air, and make spending time on the playground comfortable even during the hottest hours. This is especially important for little ones.
2. Safe Eco-Environment
Soft greenery helps create natural boundaries and minimizes heat buildup on surfaces — making it safer and more pleasant for bare feet.
3. Quiet, Private Spaces
Shrubs and trees gently divide areas — the children’s zone, lounge, and walking paths — without fences or walls. Perfect for play, relaxation, and some much-needed rest for parents.
4. Biodiversity and Ecosystem
Gardens attract birds, butterflies, and beneficial insects, creating a lively, balanced environment. This strengthens the connection to nature.
5. Psycho-Emotional Benefits
The presence of greenery reduces stress, boosts mood, and aids in recovery. It’s an important part of the mindful living concept.

One of the playgrounds in our complex is WOVEN, designed especially for children aged 4–6.
Here’s what it’s all about:

A gentle stream flows from north to south, creating a series of play, relaxation, and sensory zones.
A vibrant woven canopy provides protection from sun and rain, ending in the north with a smoothie pavilion.
Beneath the canopy lies a treasure trove of fun: a tube slide, climbing net, nest swings, a play structure with a wide slide, a sloped climbing wall, and cozy rest areas.

The playground surface is made of smooth, sloped fine gravel, carefully designed with no sharp edges for safety. A bold, colorful hill covered in rubber crumb acts as a playful centerpiece.
This is a space where energetic kids can truly let loose — or simply enjoy a calm, relaxed moment.
And we didn’t forget the adults — there’s a peaceful seating area by the pond just for you.

Playgrounds in @every.bali are handled by the @8lines_group team under @kochurkinanton leadership.

Let’s switch our focus today to the landscaping of our complex.
Anton @kochurkinanton who is designing the landscape, shared an interesting feature. In the square in front of the western entrance, we are clearing a large space to plant a sacred Banyan tree. This tree will mark the beginning of the pathways leading into the community, serve as a key navigation point, and be the starting spot for both the internal and external running tracks.

Why a Banyan tree?
On Bali, the Banyan symbolizes the connection between different worlds – the earthly, the spiritual, and the supernatural. You can often find it near temples and village squares, where traditional Balinese ceremonies and offerings take place.

Interestingly, its grandeur and energy can be felt even by those who have no connection to Hinduism or Balinese traditions (check the carrousel)

A couple of weeks ago, construction of our complex officially began. To celebrate this milestone—one we’ve been working toward for months (or even years!)—we hosted a picnic and invited guests to share this special moment with us.

Our architect, Rustam Kerimov, and our marketing lead, Elena Paunich, guided guests around the site, showing them where everything will be. Among the team, we also had Seva and Anton—our landscape maestros—while our designer, Elena Paunich, was with us in spirit, tuning in from Sochi.

We wanted this to be more than just a formal presentation with brochures. Instead, we created a true celebration: traditional Balinese dances, a painting masterclass set against the backdrop of our favorite cliff, delicious food, and relaxed conversations about Bali, architecture, and investment.

It was a day well spent, and we are really happy with how it turned out!
