Technical setup

Tested the new quick release system and base plate assembly 🙌🏽 named it Frankenstein, so i wanted a system were i can switch from tripod to gimbal and to handheld without unscrewing any thing just to be fast and consistent,
so i came up with this:
- @shapewlb base plate (for sony f7)
-then a quick release plate from @falcam_global, and you can use the same plate type throughout the system (tripod, quick release, ronin @dji_ronin rs4)
- with this setup you can have the normal setup and add grip handles wen going handheld via rosset then release it from the top quick release to have it on the RS4
-all plates are @sachtlersystems compatible

Shooting @thepigmovie has been one of the great highlights of my career. I’m so proud of this team and what we’ve been able to create.

Take a look behind the scenes to see what goes into crafting the cinematography of a feature-length silent film, shot entirely in black and white, in 2026. Extra special thanks to @stevemers.cube and our incredible G&E team for helping to create these amazing visuals.
