We’ve been keeping a little secret, and our dear friends at Bun House are helping us celebrate it. 🥠🥮🥢

Something we’ve poured so much love into is almost here.
To welcome these new additions to the Herbar world, we’re bringing our community together for an evening in Chinatown.

Expect warm steamed buns, tonics, a few surprises and the lovely people who make this little world of ours possible. We can’t wait to finally share what we’ve been working on with you.

Come hungry, bring someone you love, and celebrate with us. Good food, good company, good Qi.

16 October · 5–7:30pm
Bun House · 26–27 Lisle Street, Chinatown, London

See you there. Mush love, Herbar 🍄

September you were amazing. Went by so quickly and got me back into the school runs routine. Also celebrating ESEA heritage month and Mid-Autumn Festival. I can eat dim sum everyday. This was after my 10K @vitalitylondon10k race. Went to Chinatown to celebrate 🥟

I went to Sadie’s school to do a Mid-Autumn Festival workshop. I showed them a story about Chang’e who lives on the Moon with the Jade Rabbit. She is also known as the Moon Goddess. I showed them how to make rabbit origami. I absolutely love going into Sadie’s class and making Sadie feel proud of her Chinese heritage. I’m also learning too. I didn’t even know about Chang’e until I watched Over the Moon a few years ago (it’s on Netflix).

Before @julzsmith__’s birthday. Me and @e.alexander_mui.mui went to @8unhouse on Brick Lane. The fried pork was the stand out dish.

Build a bear. Thank you @rosiesapothecary 🧸

My friend @discocraftersclub decorated these denim jackets with the girls name’s on them. How cool are they 💜

Celebrated ESEA heritage month and Mid-Autumn Festival in the office. Well done @lisalutgen 👏

Winnie from @too.muchsugar did the catering at the office. And also ran a workshop to make mochi mooncakes 🥮 they were delicious. I also found out Winnie is from the same part of HK as my grandparents 🇭🇰

My cousin @summpy and Al came to see me from Melbourne 🇦🇺 Talking about the childhood days when we used to go round to each others houses every Tuesday night (when the chippy was closed) and our parents would make us the most insane amount of food then we’d stay up still really late playing on my other cousin’s Amiga 500. We’d go into school on Wednesday morning with a non-alcoholic hangover 🤣

@wangpix I got tickets back in December. Funnily enough, it’s during ESEA heritage month (did you plan that on purpose Phil?). So funny. He’s like the geek who would sit at the front of the class… but everyone would love him apart from all the popular boys who’s clearly jealous of his punchline jokes.

Vitality 10K. Thank you @asiangirls.run for the bib.

I found @theredthread.uk event on @besea.n celebrating ESEA heritage month. Was lovely hearing from @haychweddings and @kayancheung1 on t
